May 9th! Victory Day!

Walking on Lenin's Square in Voronezh on Victory Day, commemorating the 65th anniversary since the end of World War 2, or 'The Great Patriotic War' as they call it here in Russia.

The ribbon tied to Mikey's binky is a symbol of victory that people wear on Victory Day. The tie it to their cars, back packs, etc.

This turned out to be a nice family portrait.

Meeting my first cousin...

Daniel is actually Mikey's '3rd' cousin. Lena's cousin had Daniel 5 days before Mikey was born.

We found these baby tigger swimming trunks for Mikey and couldn't pass them up. He's absolutely adorable in them! It seems he even acts more energetically when he's wearing them. Our little Bam Bam:)

Ok, we bought Mikey this cool car and he loves it. It's supposed to be for babies from 12-36 months and the people at the store couldn't believe how confidently our little 7 month old got on and started going! We can hardly believe how fast he'w growing ourselves!

It was daddy's birthday!
